Anita Ananad, an Indian-origin, announced on Saturday that she would not find the Liberal Party’s command. On Saturday, she left the Canadian Prime Minister race.
The position for the PM was left unoccupied after Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced his resignation on Monday. Anita Anand, among others, was regarded as the solid candidate for the competition among various rulers.
Announcing her determination, the transport secretary said,” Since 2019, I have been greatly honoured and humbled to function as Oakville’s Member of Parliament and as part of Cabinet. In these tasks, I have given all I have to maintain Canada healthy, strong, and completely. My parents, who immigrated to Canada before I was born, told me that I wanted to make a significant commitment to my community and nation.
She added that working together has been incredibly fulfilling while serving as the chancellor, which is both challenging and extremely fulfilling.
I’ve announced today that I will not be running for office as the Liberal Party’s next president and that I will not be re-electing as Oakville’s Member of Parliament. Up until the next election, she continued to honorably carry out my duties as a common business owner.
Anita Anand added that she is determined to return to her previous professional life of training, research, and common policy analyses now that the Prime Minister has chosen to move on to his next book.
She thanked Trudeau, persons of Oakville, brother congress members and Indians.
Anand is the most recent member of the national cabinet to withdraw from the forthcoming election for Justin Trudeau’s prime minister.
