    Japanese government arranging Quad foreign ministers meeting on sidelines of Trump's swearing-in ceremony

    Japan: Japan’s government has been arranging with the US, Australia and India to hold a Triple international ministers meeting next week after the swearing-in meeting of US President-elect Donald Trump, Japan-based NHK World reported.
    Iwaya Takeshi, the Chinese foreign minister, announced on Sunday that he would attend the Trump administration’s swearing-in ceremony on January 20 during NHK’s debate program.
    Iwaya’s US explore was the subject of a meeting of the Quad framework, according to sources who spoke with Chinese officials. Japan expressed hope that the new US leadership will understand how crucial it is to maintain and expand teamwork between the four countries in order to achieve a free and open Indo-Pacific.
    Iwaya and his US rival will likely meet at a meeting with the Chinese government. Importantly, Trump has chosen Marco Rubio as the US Secretary of State. The best officials are likely to make an effort to improve the empire by fostering a trusting relationship between Japan and the US.
    They are anticipated to schedule a conference between the leaders of the two countries soon. According to NHK World, the Chinese government intends to analyze US Senate procedures in order to make a final decision on the issue.
    At the ceremony where US President-elect Donald Trump will be sworn in as the 47th US President, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar does represent the American government. He is set to attend the swearing-in ceremony at the invitation of the Trump-Vance Inaugural Committee, according to a Ministry of External Affairs ( MEA ) press release.
    In addition to speaking at the swearing, Jaishankar will also have discussions with incoming administration officials and some other nobles who will be making their way to the US for the event.
    Importantly, the Quad is a political agreement between Australia, India, Japan, and the United States committed to supporting an empty, stable and prosperous Indo-Pacific that is diverse and adaptable, according to Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade speech.
    For the third Quad Leaders ‘ Summit, US President Joe Biden hosted Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, then-Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India in Wilmington before in September. The Quad Leaders ‘ Summit was held in person for the third time and for the fifth time nevertheless.
