” We continue to discuss the possibility of markets, which is not easy function.. but for us the life of every Russian man is essential”, Peskov added.
South Korea reported on Monday that during its conflict with Ukraine, about 300 North Vietnamese soldiers were killed and 2, 700 were hurt.
Lawmaker Lee Seong-kweun told investigators that North Korean soldiers were instructed to commit suicide rather than be held hostage, citing Seoul’s detective agency.
One day prior, Zelensky released a movie of what Kyiv claimed were two North Korean troops: one lying on a mattress, the other sitting down, and the third wearing a bandage on their faces.
If Ukraine can arrange for our troops to be exchanged for in Russia, Zelensky wrote on X.
For” those North Vietnamese soldiers who do not wish to return, there may be other options available”, he added.
During its roughly three-year offensive in Ukraine, Pyongyang has become Moscow’s key ally.
