In a 27-page report , specific Lawyers David Weiss had harsh criticism for President Joe Biden. President Biden criticized the criminal indictments against his brother in December while giving his son Hunter Biden a broad pardon. Despite Hunter’s innocent appeal, Biden claimed:
” I have watched my brother being carefully, and badly, prosecuted”, the senator said. No reasonable person can arrive at any other summary based solely on the fact that Hunter was chosen because he is my brother, which is incorrect.
Weiss condemned Biden’s problems as “vindictive” and” careful” in the document published Monday evening.
Other leaders have pardoned family people, but none have used the occasion to disparage the Department of Justice’s people workers based only on false charges, according to Weiss.
” I prosecuted the two cases against Mr. Biden because he broke the law”, he added. A majority jury, which found Mr. Biden criminal of weapon charges and Mr. Biden himself guilty of tax offenses, agreed.
” These indictments were the pinnacle of thorough, impartial studies, not partisan elections”, Weiss said. ” Eight judges in a number of courts have refuted states that they were the result of careful or cruel motives.”
In a preface to receiving a pardon, Hunter Biden had earlier been found guilty of three felony firearm crimes by a Delaware jury in June. He had also pled guilty to tax offenses.
Weiss wrote that these trials were the epitome of the identical program of justice, not to mention that no matter who you are or what your final name is, you are subject to the same laws as everyone else in the Untied States.
