Following the announcement of a peace and prisoner cope with Hamas, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu thanked US President-elect Donald Trump and President Joe Biden. The casefire package has ended a 15-month-long issue, marking a critical stage toward security in the region.
Netanyahu thanked him for his support of efforts to free victims and his assurances that Gaza will not become a breeding ground for violence in his talk with Trump. The two leaders agreed to explain this and other pressing problems at a soon-to-be-received meeting in Washington.
The Jewish prime minister’s office on X reported that Prime Minister Netanyahu thanked him for advancing the transfer of victims and ending the suffering of tens of people during an hour conversation with US President-elect Donald Trump.
Trump praised the accomplishments made before his administration’s official beginning. In a post on Truth Social, he wrote,” This historic partnership signals the success of our defeat in November. Without being in the White House, we’ve accomplished so little. Think what we’ll be able to achieve once we are fully in charge.
Netanyahu even praised President Biden’s administration in the difficult conversations and expressed his gratitude to him. Biden confirmed that the bargain, structured in stages, included a ceasefire, Jewish army departure from Gaza, and the release of hostages.
Biden said,” This dialogue was one of the safest I’ve ever experienced. Israel and the United States put stress on Hamas under the direction of the United States.
