Netanyahu holds off ceasefire approval over Hamas ‘last-minute crisis

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office announced on Thursday that his government would join to discuss the transfer of victims and the Gaza Strip agreement until Hamas resolves what it called a “last-minute problems.”
No additional information was provided, but the Israeli government claimed Hamas had violated some provisions of the agreement in an effort to “extort last-minute compromises.”

    Saif Ali Khan Health Update

Initial expectations for the Israeli Cabinet to ratify the agreement on Thursday. The package, brokered by US President Joe Biden and important mediator Qatar, was announced on Wednesday. In exchange for the transfer of hundreds of Arab captives and an Israeli departure from many parts of Gaza, it would also guarantee the launch of 33 hostages over the course of six weeks.
At least 48 people have been killed in Israeli attacks across the Gaza Strip in a shocking increase in crime in the last 24 hrs. The death toll included a sizable number of women and babies, according to the health department of Gaza, with the body of the deceased being transported to hospitals. As institutions continue to release their information, the death toll is anticipated to rise.

The continuing conflict could become a turning point with the release of the prisoner- and agreement agreements, which are scheduled to go into effect on January 19. According to the news from Qatar, Egypt, and the US, the offer includes a three-stage method designed to bring on a” green calm”. The terms of the agreement include the commencement of humanitarian assistance activities, the launch of captives and prisoners, and the removal of Israeli causes from densely populated areas.
If the offer is properly implemented, it may bring an end to one of the bloodiest sections in Israel-Hamas relationships, though the broader Israeli-Palestinian turmoil remains unresolved.
