After sending child pornography to an undercover agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation ( FBI ), a nurse practitioner and LGBTQ activist recently admitted guilt to federal child sex crime charges.
In a December press release, the U. S. Justice Department wrote,” Lucas Allen Fussell, 42, of Onley, Virginia, pleaded guilty yesterday to provincial expenses arising out of his supply of child sex to an undercover law enforcement officer in June 2024″. According to the Justice Department, Fussell pleaded criminal to” two counts of transmission of child sex” on December 18.
Court records state that Fussell exchanged “videos and graphics containing baby sex” between December 20, 2023, and February 7, 2024, by using an anonymous accounts on an encrypted communications app. The child sex was exchanged with a person whose mobile was seized and searched by the FBI.
” In the course ]of] those conversations, Fussell shared details that revealed his identity”, the Justice Department wrote. ” Those details included his home address, a description of his vehicle, and numerous sexualized comments about examining the genitals of patients —some as young as 11 years old—that he saw in the course of his work as a nurse practitioner”.

Court records indicate that an undercover FBI agent responded to a text from Fussell on the encrypted messaging apps on June 2 and that Fussell also sent the FBI representative “numerous images and videos depicting the rape and sexual abuse of adolescent kids” on two separate occasions.
According to the Justice Department, the FBI executed a search warrant at Fussell’s home in Onley, Virginia, on July 16, 2024. FBI agents seized “numerous encrypted electronic devices” while carrying out the search warrant. Fussell was detained and has been in custody ever since the search warrant was executed, according to the Justice Department.
In the recent press release, the Justice Department said U. S. District Court Judge Rudolph Contreras scheduled Fussell’s sentencing for May 6, 2025. Fussell is expected to serve a minimum of five years and a maximum of 40 years in prison, according to the Justice Department. Additionally, the nurse practitioner and LGBTQ activist will be required to demand restitution.
On Monday, journalist Andy Ngo posted a photo of Fussell in a post on X. Ngo also shared screenshots of the nurse practitioner’s previous social media posts, noting that the journalist had a history of supporting left-wing initiatives like sex education for teenagers and mandatory masking.
