In comparison, Biden invited Trump to the White House in November after the president-elect defeated Vice President Kamala Harris.
After winning Hillary Clinton for the first term in office in 2016, Obama invited Trump to the White House. Eventually, the Clintons and Trump addressed the crowd at Trump’s 2017 commencement and dinner, where Trump pleaded with her to give her a standing ovation.
Trump made an abrupt announcement on Friday that the Monday opening may get moved inside the Capitol Rotunda in response to the estimates of chilly conditions.
