Is the Israeli Arabs ‘ fundamental issue merely that they feel desperate? Is the solution as easy as giving the money, employment opportunities, and the possibility of a brighter coming? Wow, why didn’t person think of that over the last 77 times? Basically they did. With the support of billions upon billions of dollars being lavished upon the Palestinians, this notion has repeatedly been tested and proven to be false. However, a Trump” change standard” thinks that what we need to do at this critical moment is apply this failed strategy yet again.

In praise of Trump’s Middle East minister, Steve Witkoff, and providing some insider information on how the Trump camp opinions the position in Gaza and what Trump might be planning with regard to Israel and the Palestinians, NBC News published a curious story on Saturday. The unidentified” change official with direct knowledge of the ceasefire process,” who appears determined to retake tried-and-true policies that largely involve paying bribes to the Palestinians in order to maintain peace with Israel, is the source of the story’s heavily relied on information. This has never worked, and never will work, and it’s disconcerting to see it coming from someone who is supposedly a Trump established. Who is this man, NBC?
According to the content on NBC, Witkoff is considering visiting Gaza as part of his efforts to keep a ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas on track. The standard explained:” Remember, there’s a lot of people, radicals, fans, not just from the Hamas area, from the right wing of the Jewish area, who are completely incentivized to blast this whole offer up” . ,
Then wait a moment. A Trump national is voicing his disapproval of the “right wing of the Jewish side” and comparing it to Hamas. Where did they find this person — Dearborn? This kind of speech is typically only uttered by Muslims who support the warfare against Israel ( because it is the “right wing” that is most vocal about opposing it ) or their communist allies. Why is this man a part of Trump’s transition staff?  ,

NBC continues:” Visiting Gaza would permit Witkoff to see for himself what the interactions are that, rather than taking Israel’s or the Palestinians ‘ word for it, the official said, adding: ‘ You got to see it, you got to experience it.'” Given the incredible casualty figures that the Hamas-controlled Gaza Ministry of Health has been reporting since the start of the war, it’s wise to not take the Palestinians ‘ word for how things are in Gaza. But then the transition official warns:” If we don’t help the Gazans, if we don’t make their life better, if we don’t give them a sense of hope, there’s going to be a rebellion” . ,
A rebellion? A rebellion against whom, exactly? Hamas has ruled Gaza since 2007, and from the looks of the many masked, armed, uniformed Hamas members who have participated in the ceasefire celebrations over the past few days, it appears that the jihad terror group hasn’t been defeated and isn’t going anywhere. No evidence is made that the people of Gaza are fed up with Hamas and ready to rebel against it by those celebrations.  ,

Does the transition official imply that Gazans might rebel against Israel, then? The only issue with that is that Israel has no interest in ruling Gaza right now and has no interest in occupying it until it invades in the wake of the massacre on October 7, 2005. The official’s warning, however, reflects the convention wisdom in Washington: if we don’t rain American largesse down upon the Gazans, there will be trouble. The problem is that Gazans have received years of assistance. The United States and other countries have given them billions upon billions of dollars to “make their life better” and “give them a sense of hope.” They used the money to construct the incredible network of terror tunnels beneath Gaza, which gave them the ability to kill Israelis. And now this” transition official,” along with allegedly Steve Witkoff’s plans to travel to Gaza, promises nothing but more of the same appeasement and facilitation that have never brought peace before and never will.

Trump didn’t win the election to heed the wisdom and re-apply failed policies. Let’s hope that this” transition official”, and his Obamaite ideas, will soon be sent packing.
