US President’s Mar-a-Lago property’s safety has been breached once again as a person was arrested for trespassing the house, only two weeks after Donald Trump was sworn in.
The Palm Beach Police Department announced that Bijan T. Arceo, 32, has probable cause to be arrested for breaking the law to enter the Mar-a-Lago land.
Mar-a-Lago, situated at 1100 South Ocean Avenue, received national security position in July 2024 during Trump’s political campaign. The United States Secret Service established a safety territory under Title 1752, with evident banners” No Trespassing” and active safety procedures, Fox News reported.
An incident occurred on January 22 at around 6:05 pm ( local time ) when Palm Beach officers arrived at Mar-a-Lago to support the Secret Service following their arrest of a male intruder following Trump’s inauguration as the 47th president on January 20.
Secret Service agents claimed they witnessed Arceo climbing over the wall that is located just south of a wall with a” No Trespassing” sign and a” Close to the Gates” sign. According to the information gathered, the police determined that Arceo had probable cause to be detained and charged with one count of held trespass.
The Secret Service confirmed that Arceo did not enter the designated push place despite breaking the external protection. He was denied entry to the secured estate, which has a number of warning signs and keeps locked gates when it is not in use.
” While the affair had no effect on our safe businesses, we take these things really seriously”, the organization said in a statement to Fox News Digital. The Town of Palm Beach Police Department is responsible for handling this arrest at the local stage, and we are still appreciative of their swift action and relationship.
Arceo is being held in the Palm Beach County jail on a$ 20, 000 relationship, according to jail records.
This is not the first day, earlier in July, Zijie Li was arrested for intruding at Mar-a-Lago. Li, a California citizen, tried to gain access to the team many periods over several weeks, authorities said.
