153 prisoners were released on Saturday by Yemen’s Houthis with the assistance of the International Committee of the Red Cross ( ICRC ). The ICRC claimed the prisoners had been given normal visits by the organization in Sanaa, the country’s capital, but the names of the prisoners were not made public.
