After taking pictures of people using the room and displaying the images as a common warning against protracted restroom breaks, a Chinese firm has been accused. The questionable practice by Lixun Diansheng, a firm based in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, has drawn widespread criticism online.
The business reportedly printed and displayed photos of many employees using the room walls as abuse for allegedly using the bathroom to dust or perform mobile games. According to reports from January 20, people allegedly ignored knocks on the door, prompting workers to climb up a ladder to take pictures of the top.
Lixun Diansheng claimed that the images were a barrier against such behavior in an effort to justify its actions. Additionally, the business reiterated its smoking-free scheme. But, it eventually removed the pictures after a few hours, admitting that they “did not appearance good”.
The discovery, which came to light after being exposed net, has provoked an uproar from users and legal professionals alike. Some people criticized the company’s steps, calling them blatant infringers on human rights and privacy.
Celue Law Firm’s Zhu Xue, a solicitor, claimed the agency violated the protection of its workers. According to Zhu,” Companies does not archive and manage employees ‘ laziness or misconduct using illicit methods.”
Public response has been largely negative, with some questioning the company’s ethics and lawful awareness. One online spectator remarked,” The company first thought of the pictures did not look good rather than that they were illegal, proof that the firm lacked proper constitutional knowledge.” Another writer asked,” Are they people or captives”?
