Vice President JD Vance , and second princess Usha Vance returned to East Palestine, Ohio, two decades after a dangerous train , accident upended the area and left people nonetheless struggling to recover.
” There are a few reasons why we come up, of course, on the second anniversary of the catastrophe”, Vance said. The second, in my opinion, is just a message to the people of East Palestine that we will never miss you.
A Norfolk Southern cargo train carrying dangerous chemicals   derailed in the Buckeye State two years ago and caught fire. Vinyl salts was found in five of the train cars, which caused a managed shed of the harmful substances. Vance, then a recently elected Ohio legislator, visited the image in the aftermath.
He afterwards visited East Palestine with Trump, then out of business.
I recently discussed this visit with the chairman. The leader loves this community”, the evil president said. ” Of course, he visited himself individually, and President Trump only wanted to deliver a message that this area will not be forgotten, will not be left behind, and we are in it for the long haul in East Palestine”.
Vance didn’t reveal new federal funding for East Palestine, but he offered some help for the Railway Safety Act, legislation he championed as a lawmaker, as a possible solution.
The legislation would demand trains to connect with first responders about any harmful materials, improve technology, and impose high fines on businesses.
” I sponsored the Railway Safety Act because I thought then, and I still think then, that we could do a lot better”, Vance said. ” We could have better regulations that actually give railroads the freedom to experiment with technology that may improve their business and, most importantly, improve these communities.”
Environmental Protection Agency , Administrator Lee Zeldin, Gov. Mike DeWine (R-OH), Sens. Officials who met with Vance on Monday included Bernie Moreno (R-OH), Jon Husted (R-OH), and potential candidates for governor of Ohio, Vivek Ramaswamy.
When DeWine became evil president, he chose Husted to take over Ramaswamy and elected Husted.
Vance also pledged a” open” process as the area is still reeling from the disastrous disaster.
“Ecological recovery must be done,” he says. It’s a horror and a pity that it wasn’t done during the last supervision”, Vance said. However, I can assure you that Lee Zeldin, our new EPA executive, will lead the cleanup effort under my command.
The vice chairman just resisted making a disaster declaration for the group when asked by a writer.
” A disaster declaration may have been very good 18 months ago. I don’t understand that it’s still good today”, he said. ” And but what I’m going to accomplish is, I’m going to question the governor behind me, I’m going to talk to Lee about this, and I’m going to say,’ Is a disaster declaration also helpful?’ Because if the truth is’ yes,’ therefore I’m going to get that message back to Washington”.

But the solution may be “no”, Vance said.
” Thank God for that because we’re not in the same period of this issue as we were two years ago. We’re going to perform best by the community”, he said. We’re also going to work at it, even though it might not be the same as it was 18 months before.
