Why is Usha Vance being the first American American and the first Hindu to offer as the Second Lady of the United States not being mentioned? Ashtronaut Girl, a person on X, recently posted on the system.  ,

I’d endeavor to speculate that the right isn’t discussing it because the majority of us don’t worry about who a person belongs to and consider everyone to be. I’d venture to say that the remaining isn’t talking about it because they are so fascinated with party personality and detest how different the GOP has become in recent years.  ,
Despite of her cultural background or religious beliefs, what I really want to understand is why no one is ever talking about Usha Vance. I realize that being the second lady (or, um, second spouse ) isn’t the most exciting position in the world, and it doesn’t always attract much attention ( I’m sure Doug Emhoff is thankful for that ), but the Vance family has taken the nation by storm, and I, for one, am here for it.  ,
When Trump picked JD Vance to be his evil leader, I didn’t like the decision, but I’ll say he’s grown on me for several reasons, including the fact that we’re of the same era. His entire performance, as well as his lack of fear when criticizing the press and Democrats when they say stupid things,” I don’t care, Margaret,” won me over. But there was something else that I don’t really identify.  ,  ,

I was looking through some social media images of Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy’s youngest girl hanging out with the president and vice president earlier today while writing an article about Down symptoms and pregnancies. In some of the pictures, Vance is playing with the young lady. That’s when it hit me, the Vance home sort of gives me” they’re just like us” feelings. Although it’s been a while since we’ve had a fresh community in the office, watching them pass on Inauguration Day seemed to reveal more about JD and Usha than anything else I’ve come across to this point. They only came across as very down-to-earth, true, and relevant people.  ,
Wonderful second: The son of Second Lady Usha and Vice President JD Vance pats his relatives on the mind.

That said, it’s been only under seven months since Donald Trump chose Vance as his running mate, and I feel like I know very little about Usha, our novel next lady, but certainly, I’m dying to know more. Given that she has three children under the age of eight, Ewan, Vivek, and Mirabel, and that she is devoted to being a mother, and possibly trying to give them as normal and private a life as they can at this point, it is obvious that she adores her husband and her children.  ,

I set out to see what I could learn about the 39-year-old San Diego native because I’m still curious about her and know some of our readers here at PJ Media have already confessed to being too. She’s quite accomplished. Her husband has even declared that he’s “humbled” by that fact. Many claim that she has been a key advisor to his political career and even helped him figure out his plan for the incredible debate performance from the fall.  ,
She attended Yale and earned a bachelor’s degree in history. In her free time, she worked as a tutor for elementary school students and served as a Girl Scout leader. Upon graduation, she , taught English and American history to young students in China. Eventually, she earned a master’s degree in early modern history from Clare College, Cambridge and a law degree from Yale.  ,
She has worked as a law clerk for John Roberts and Brett Kavanaugh, two prominent judges on the Supreme Court. She went on to join the law firm  , Munger, Tolles &, Olson as an associate. In fact, she was employed there until Trump’s choice to succeed her husband as vice president in July.  ,
Her success could have something to do with her family’s close ties to academia. Born Usha Chilukuri to Teluga Indian immigrants, the second lady grew up in California. Her father is a mechanical engineer and works as a professor in the Department of Aerospace Engineering at San Diego State University, and her mother is a molecular biologist, professor, and provost at the University of California, San Diego. Even her 96-year-old great-aunt, who is known as India’s oldest active professor, still teaches physics.  ,

When JD and Usha first met at Yale as law students, she referred to him as” the most interesting person I knew” in a speech at the Republican National Convention. Vince has described her as a “genetic anomaly” and claimed that he broke every dating law by telling her he was in love with her after their first meeting. Even though others have said they were total opposites, it worked. They were married in 2014 in Kentucky.  ,
Usha Vance is hugely impressive. Mother of three, top litigator, clerked for Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, future Second Lady.

Another adorable video features JD and Usha discussing how they first met and how their relationship started in the early years.  ,

I’m going to say that the second lady enjoys music, and I’ll take it a step. She currently serves as the trustee of the Washington National Opera. Previously, she was the secretary of the board of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. Fun fact: She also played the flute in the marching band from her high school.  ,
Can I point out that Usha is gorgeous now that all the important details have been removed? I asked our readers on Election Day a few weeks ago what kind of fashion choices they liked the best, and many of them chose our pretty in pink second lady. She looked fantastic in her Oscar de la Renta” custom peony cashmere coat with scarf wrap and complementing tea-length dress.”

It wasn’t the first time she’d worn Oscar de la Renta, and with any luck, it won’t be the last. It’s a match made in fashion heaven.  ,

Because she allegedly refuses to dye the few gray strands in her hair, she has also received praise for embracing her “natural beauty” and aging with confidence.  ,
Ladies, in a world that is constantly telling women not show any signs of aging, be an Usha instead of a Kardashian.
As a middle-aged woman with my own greying hair, I love and admire her self-confidence and natural beauty.
What a classy lady! We need more of this! pic. twitter.com/gzLY6lCNko

I’m a fan of her, just like they do the first lady, in the fashion magazines. Because of how her politics have fluctuated over the years, as the majority of people do, the liberal media has already tried to portray her as some sort of radical progressive. She even acknowledged during a Fox News interview that she and the vice president don’t share the same views on all issues, and an old law school friend said that” Usha has never been an overly political person.” But it’s been said that she’s her husband’s” spirit guide” when it comes to his political career, so whatever or whomever she has or hasn’t supported in the past, I really don’t care. At this point, she is on the right path.  ,
As a second lady, I have no idea what Usha Vance will or won’t do. Her official White House bio also doesn’t provide any further information. What do second ladies do in any case? I had to research that. Many of the people who left their previous jobs have continued to work. Some have volunteered, while others have set their own political agendas. Some wrote books. Some simply played a hostess role. According to the White House History website, since the 1980s, the second spouse has had an official office and employed three staff members: a chief of staff, communications director, and policy aide.  ,
I can’t imagine her not putting in some extra effort, despite the fact that I have a feeling that this one will spend a lot of time being just a wife and mother. And I can’t wait to find out what that is exactly.  ,  ,
