Following a unique design with El Salvador to welcome US emigrants of all countries, including harsh British offenders, Secretary Rubio may discuss strict immigration manage during his conference with Costa Rica’s President Chaves on Tuesday.

The State Department characterises El Salvador’s prison as heavily packed and dangerous. Their country data website indicates several facilities lack proper hygiene, drinking water, ventilation, temperature regulation, and sufficient lighting.
