Three new lawsuits in New York were filed against Sean” Diddy” Combs from individuals who have accused him of sexual assault. The music mogul, who is already awaiting trial for racketeering and sex trafficking charges, has denied all allegations and pleaded not guilty.
One of the latest claims, filed by an unnamed claimant identified as John Doe on Tuesday, accuses Combs of forced workers, people and sex trafficking, sexual power, rape, false imprisonment, and breach of contract.
Former aspiring musician and artist John Doe claims that” secret drugging” led to his complicity in performing remove shows and performing sexual acts while he was under the influence. Doe claims that Combs repeatedly raped him and blackmailed him using images from hidden cameras.
John Doe quotes an incident from the lawsuit in which Combs reportedly instructed him to utilize baby oil while performing. ” After applying the baby oil, Plaintiff became exceedingly weary, disoriented, confused, exhausted, tired, poor, confused, sluggish, numb and alarmed by the feeling of being trapped in his own body”, the coat says, as per information by US Mirror and USA Today.
According to the US Mirror report, Combs reportedly instructed Doe to “engage in acts like masturbation and to engage in sexual contact with the woman current” while she was in this state.
John Doe, in the lawsuit, even claims that when he first met Combs in 2007, Doe was a “premier” number in the Las Vegas adult entertainment field. According to the lawsuit, Combs requested him on two different situations and hired him through an organization for a band present in Las Vegas. Combs and another females were present during these appearances, according to the lawsuit, and Doe was given drinks that made him feel drained and poor.
Doe is accused of being manipulated and exploited by Combs, who later became trapped in a period of anxiety and abuse. Combs allegedly profited from Doe’s claim that he was hoping to seek a musical career.
In addition to the John Doe complaint, two Jane Does claimed Combs biologically assaulted them in the 1990s. The two people are being represented by attorney Tony Buzbee from Texas.
Combs is scheduled to go on trial on May 5 for his criminal and sex trafficking charges. He is currently in jail after receiving many relationship requests. He is facing more than two dozen civil claims filed since November 2023, accusing him of murder, prostitution, and physical abuse dating back to the 1990s.
Combs has remained unfavorable in all of the complaints and has continued to refute the claims.
