A whistleblower who used to work for the United States Agency for International Development ( USAID ) recently exposed the agency for making diversity, equity, and inclusion ( DEI ) a “central” part of USAID under the Biden-Harris administration. The informant’s evidence comes as USAID is essentially being effectively shut down by President Donald Trump’s administration and the Department of Government Performance.
According to Mark Moyar, a former USAID employee who previously worked for the organization from 2018 to 2019,” Samantha Power’s emphasis on DEI was a part of a larger Biden administration work to infuse DEI into every federal firm and we saw this with very negative results everywhere,” and people are clearly promoting the idea that people are divided into tyrant groups and target groups, and that there is a white fury and white extremism that is essentially nonexistent.
Fox News reported that the journalist said “far placed ideas” were given “legitimacy” during the 2020 Black Lives Matter movement. The leak also claimed that other nations began to treat the United States less favorably after DEI emerged as a “central” component of USAID’s work.

According to Moyar,” It’s especially disturbing that they were not only money DEI events within the organization, but they also, you know, DEI comic books and DEI workshops, and that this can only hurt our reputation abroad because most people outside of this country are aware of DEI’s foolishness and the division it causes,” Moyar said on Fox News.
Moyar explained that Samantha Power, the former USAID executive, moreover required everything to be “viewed through a sexist glass” as part of the press for DEI at USAID.
So you had La consultants and female consultants spending a lot of taxpayer money on this kind of analysis, Moyar continued.
An entire site on DEI goals and policies that were recently promoted by the organization prior to the second Trump administration can be found on USAID’s recorded site.
A quotation from Power featured at the top of the DEI site state,” Each of us has a responsibility to address bigotry, sex discrimination, and structural racism and defend individual respect… This isn’t just one of our principles, it’s our mission—one hand extended out to another to meet people where they are and treat others as equals”.
