Returning from his first foreign trip as vice chairman, Vance touted several of the Trump administration’s activities in the quarter since assuming the White House, addressed Republican’s plans for peace, and championed Trump as a head during his on-stage meeting with CPAC number Mercedes Schlapp.  ,
The president keeps things moving at a very slow pace. He often asks, What have we done today? What are we going to do tomorrow? What we’re going to accomplish next week, because I believe he recognizes that this is a unique time,” Vance said during his opening remarks on the stage.
Since taking office as vice president a fortnight ago, Vance has kept a hectic schedule, traveling frequently to disaster-stricken areas of the country to meet with Republican politicians, and assisting with President Donald Trump’s second-term goals.  ,
Next week, the vice president traveled to Germany to speak at the Munich Security Conference, where he criticized European allies for violating free speech and religious rights issues.  ,
We’ve been told for years that everyone we donate and support goes against our shared political principles. Everything is marketed as a protection of democracy, from our Ukraine policy to modern censorship, according to Vance. We should consider whether we are holding ourselves to an appropriately higher standard when we see Western courts cancel elections and top officials threaten to withdraw others. And I say ourselves because I firmly believe that we are all a part of the exact team.
Vance once more said,” You’ve got to give the populations of the world the chance to speak up and say, No more of this BS,” as he did onstage at CPAC. We want purchase. We want autonomy. In our own nation, we want to be able to express our opinions.
The former Ohio lawmaker also criticized former US President Joe Biden, claiming that his presidency “did more to eliminate free talk, not just in the United States, but also in Europe and any leadership in American story.”
Later in his remarks, Vance outlined three of Trump’s administration’s top priorities, citing the president’s attempts to “recognize that we have a traditional authority on a few issues.” These included securing the southern border, boosting the economy, and cutting government spending.  ,
” I think the next thing that he’s tried to do is ask, what are we doing with all of the cash we’re getting from the American taxpayers, and why are we wasting so much of it on garbage that the American people either aren’t aware of or don’t want to be spending it on in the second position,” Vance said.  ,
CPAC Chairman Matt Schlapp and family Mercedes announced that businessman Elon Musk may be attending the convention ahead of the vice president’s performance. Trump has made the announcement as he has brought Musk, the head of the Department of Government Performance, even further into the forefront as his main ally.  ,
Additionally, the president, who was in the vice president’s position as he prepared to address the AI summit in Paris, said it was” too early,” declined to outright endorse Vance in an interview with Fox News ‘ Bret Baier.
” I believe you have a ton of very worthy people,” she said. So much, I think he’s doing a fantastic job. It’s very early. We’re really starting”, the senator said.
Trump invited Musk to the Oval Office two days prior to Vance’s talk in Munich as part of DOGE’s research into alleged fraud and spend at the Internal Revenue Service.
While Trump sat behind the Resolute Desk and his son sat on his shoulders, Musk and his brother were asked about the Oval Office. During Trump’s first year in office, there were more allegations of Musk serving as a” shadow” president.  ,
Despite common debate over the relationships between Trump and Musk, Vance continued to champ the president’s” social information” during his presence at the agreement.  , He had a message particularly to young people about manhood.
Our culture tells young men to suppress every male urge, according to Vance. ” … Don’t let this broken tradition to give you a message that you’re a bad person because you like to show a prank, because you like to have a beer with your friends, or because you’re cut-throat”.
WHAT IS Expand? WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT THE MINISTRIE OF GOVERNMENT EFFICIENCY
When asked by Mercedes Schlapp who was funnier, him or Trump, Vance yielded the honourable to the chairman.
” He’s got the best sense of humor of any American political figure”, Vance said. ” But I think this is why young people, in particular, are thus they’re so inspired by President Trump is because he doesn’t let the internet to show him he can’t make a prank or he doesn’t have an original idea”.
