Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelenskyy have been urged by US President Donald Trump to agree to a peace through conversations.
Trump claimed that the US has suffered an unneeded loss of life and financial stress as a result of the battle.
Because we want to end the war and prevent killing millions of people, President Putin and President Zelenskyy must collaborate. I want to observe a peace, and I want to get the bargain done”, Trump said. He continued, noting that the battle had a direct impact on Europe, but also on the US, which is “on the different side of the ocean.”
A “dictator without primaries”
Trump did not hold up in his condemnation of Zelenskyy, calling him” a despot without primaries” and accusing him of mismanaging the battle. He claimed that Ukraine has lost power, with millions of lives lost, and half of the support money is “missing.”
He wrote,” Zelenskyy admits that half of the money we sent him is’ MISSING. ‘ He refuses to possess elections, is quite small in Russian polls, and the only point he was great at was playing Biden ‘ like a violin.'”
US economic aid is criticized.
Trump expressed frustration over the financial burden on the US, claiming it had provided$ 300 billion in aid compared to Europe’s$ 100 billion. He criticized former US President Joe Biden for funding Ukraine without offering any money or promises in exchange.
” We have put in much more cash. We are in for USD 300 billion, and they ( Europe ) are in for USD 100 billion. Biden simply gave them money, there was no payment or security. We have to mark a deal to getting security. He claimed that we are putting our money where it belongs.
Trump even accused Zelenskyy of pressured the US into paying too much for a battle he believes may be won. In a post on Truth Social, he said,” Think of it, a moderately successful actor, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, talked the United States of America into spending$ 350 billion money, to go into a battle that couldn’t be won, that never had to begin”.
Trump alone can take harmony, according to Trump.
Trump argued that just his administration could have been successful in bringing an end to the war. ” We are properly negotiating an end to the war with Russia, things all admit just’ TRUMP’ and the Trump Administration, you perform”, he said.
While expressing aid for Ukraine, he blamed Zelenskyy’s authority for its latest state. ” I love Ukraine, but Zelenskyy has done a bad job, his land is shattered, and thousands have excessively died”, he added.
Elon Musk, the it businessman in his next term and current Trump’s right-hand man, has also expressed similar views, criticizing Zelenskyy and Ukraine for bungling the war and causing the loss of thousands of lives.
