A gunman was fatally shot on Saturday when he opened fire at a hospital in northern Pennsylvania.
The perpetrator was declared dead, and UPMC Memorial in York confirmed that all people were present. Information about various probable wounds were no immediately available, AP reported.
Susan Manko, UPMC’s vice president of public relations, confirmed via message that security forces were present and handling the event.

Off-duty personnel were instructed to stay at their homes for the day by the health service.
