After Romania lifted his travel restrictions, which led to him flying to the US amid claims of social pressure from the Trump presidency, the American people who are accusing him of murder and human trafficking have spoken out.
” We are in amazement,” the statement read.
The four women’s disbelief and fear are retraumatized by the reports that the Italian government has been under pressure to allow Andrew Tate to travel to the US and around Europe, according to the four women’s combined statement.
” We can just hope that the British government suddenly intervene and bring about his legal defenses in the UK.”
Their lawyers have condemned the English government’s solitude, calling it a” total abandonment of duty”.
Legitimate group sounds concern
Matthew Jury, a lawyer representing the alleged patients, called the choice “equal pieces disgusting and dismaying” and urged the UK to secure Tate’s abduction.
Jury argued that the UK authorities has immediately bring charges against him for assault and human trafficking in this country.
Trump management accused of meddling
Tate and his brother, Tristan, left Romania around 5 a. m. nearby day via Baneasa Airport, apparently flying by private jet to Florida. According to Bucharest-based options, force from the Trump administration may have contributed to Romania’s decision to return their visas.
Richard Grenell, the former Trump minister, reportedly pressed Romanian officials to get permission to travel to the Tate brothers while their trial was pending. According to The Financial Times, US officials first discussed the matter in a visit earlier this month, followed by a secret appointment at the Munich Security Conference.
Tate’s legal expenses in UK and Romania
Andrew and Tristan Tate, two US-UK citizens, were arrested in Romania in 2022 on charges of human smuggling, murder, money laundering, and forming an organized crime group. They deny all complaints.
The brothers are accused in the UK of rape and coercive control of American women in Italian court cases before he gained popularity as an online influencer.
Fears of see coercion
The American prosecutors expressed concern that Tate’s newfound liberty poses a significant risk.
They stated that it is obvious that there is a significant chance that the criminal trial for his alleged offences in Romania did not proceed. He may use this advancement to harass and deceive witnesses and accusers, as well as continue to spread a cruel, violent doctrine all over the world.
Following a four-year exploration, the UK’s Crown Prosecution Service ( CPS) dropped criminal charges against Tate. They are crowdfunding to seek a legal situation.
UK government’s passivity questioned
Jury criticized the American government for preventing Tate’s deportation from Romania.
The UK federal was aware of this possibility more than a year prior. It is concerning that nothing seems to have been done to stop it.
Prime Minister Starmer, now in the US to meet with President Trump, has been urged to intervene on behalf of Tate’s reported British subjects.
Italian officials defend selection
Marcel Ciolacu, the prime minister of Romania, denies any political effect on the choice to pull Tate’s travel restrictions despite claims of US pressure.
The Tate brothers ‘ travel restrictions have been lifted, according to the Romanian Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism ( DIICOT ).
The warning from DIICOT read:” If they fail to appear for any future sessions, this could result in the alternative of judicial power with a higher estimate of deprivation of liberty.”
Tate declares” Winning”.
Tate and his brother had referred to the decision as a success and say they may continue to fight the allegations.
Their legal group stated that” their only concern is ensuring that expected process is followed and that their sincerity is established in a court of law.”
Tate, a vocal Trump admirer, hinted that the case against him may soon decline.
After Trump won the election, he reiterated his position that people should not be able to cast ballots in a post titled” THE PATRIARCHY IS BACK.”
The alleged victims call the events a deception of justice, and they claim to be devastated by the activities.
” To see the most prominent man in the world support their admitted offender is very traumatizing”, Jury told BBC Newsnight.
The fate of the Tate brothers ‘ pending cases is still uncertain as the Tate brothers ‘ chances of returning to the US are uncertain. It’s unknown whether the British or Italian government will take decisive action.
