Opinion: A ruse suggests that patients are lying.
According to the student newspapers, the police office at Michigan State University is required to periodically near allegations of cruel behavior because the alleged victims stop speaking.
Instead of just accepting the first accusation and waiting until the school updates, The State News merits praise for following up on reports of cruel behavior on campus.
They decided to stop investigating because they found that in many instances, the authorities would not hear back from the accuser.
According to the student paper, one possible reason is that the school authorities sent out obscure messages about solutions for the alleged victims. That might be a trigger.
Another justification might be that the report’s author desired to show kindness to the accused person. Perhaps they had a different perspective and did not want someone to be harshly punished for a foolish prank or opinion.
Additionally, it is possible that some of the situations were between friends, or that they didn’t actually take place. It is possible that the alleged victim participated in the cruel event.
Over the years of reporting on hate crime lies, The College Fix has found these things. For instance, a Gettysburg College swimmer reportedly allowed his teammate to slam the word “n-word” against him. He was confronted by his tutors, but he changed his story. The home ceased working with the NAACP in exchange for an inspection that they had requested.
In another instance, a professor at the University of Cincinnati ignored officers requests to respond to a allegedly racist letter he had received. The authorities decided to wrap up the analysis as a result.
The dark victim of a hate crime at Wright State University even stopped speaking to the authorities. The alleged victim reported that one knocked on her bedroom door and wrote the word “n-word” in dark symbol. Due to a lack of evidence and the defendant’s refusal to engage, authorities closed the research.
The problem persists at Michigan State, where six of the seven hate acts that have been reported as of October 2024 have been resolved. The student news claims to be waiting for the results.
It is encouraging that they are holding their school guilty, and it seems as though those reports were closed as a result of the alleged victim’s quiet behavior.
