As part of a limited-time promotion by the 407 Express Toll Route ( ETR ), some drivers who use Highway 407 in March will be able to travel during rush hour for free. The” Spring Into Free Rush Hour” promotion, which runs through March 31, covers travel from Monday through Friday from 7 am to 9 am to 3: 30 am to 5: 30 p.
If drivers in entitled private vehicles with Ontario plates have signed up for a 407 ETR accounts and registered for the campaign by February 28th, they can enjoy endless journey along the toll road between the QEW in Burlington and Brock Road in Pickering. Transmitters for large vehicles are not ready for the present.
Tolls, camera fees, and other applicable account charges would not be included in the development, with credits appearing on customers ‘ bills as a result. Transponder license fees will still be in effect, though.
Over one million customers were targeted for rush hour driving presents, with some offers lasting for up to three months, according to a 407 ETR message to CTV News Toronto. Information about how buyers were chosen are still unklar, though.
A word in the release states that the offer is only applicable to “targeted clients,” as determined by 407 ETR at its singular discretion, according to Global News.
A customer was advised to register for a 407 ETR accounts and opt-in to marketing emails for upcoming promotions by a spokesperson.
