
The Biden-Harris management “abused” the Temporary Protected Status system, according to a new report from the House Judiciary Committee, which “protected hundreds of thousands of illegal foreigners from imprisonment.”

Temporary Protected Status was granted to 265 migrants from 16 different nations as of January 1st, according to the document. Under the Biden-Harris management, 1, 006 859 workers were added to the overall number of migrants granted Temporary Protected Status, compared to the 410, 406 refugees who had arrived from 10 nations by the end of President Donald Trump’s first management.
According to the House Judiciary Committee’s report, around 725, 000 immigrants who have been granted Temporary Protected Status entered the United States under the Biden-Harris management, and nearly 280, 000 immigrants who were already here were granted Temporary Protected Status as a result of the government’s changes to the program.

According to the review,” the majority of these creatures are citizens of Haiti and Venezuela, probable influenced by the Biden-Harris Administration’s open-borders guidelines.”
According to the report, 614, 000 Cuban migrants had Temporary Protected Status by January 2025 compared to prior years when they were never granted Temporary Protected Status under the Biden-Harris leadership.
More than 90 % of Venezuelan migrants were “illegally paroled into the land, entered the country without observation, provided the US government with little or no information about the nature of their passage, or stay in the US after filing an application for, but who are statistically unlikely to qualify for, asylum,” according to the document.
The Biden-Harris administration “probably granted TPS to nearly 150 aliens who defrauded the US government at the time of their initial parole, at the time of their TPS application, or both,” according to the House Judiciary Committee.
Since the previous administration “failed to verify basic information about TPS beneficiaries,” the new report from the House Judiciary Committee warned that the federal government “has no idea how many TPS beneficiaries are currently living in the United States.”
