A Florida person claiming to be a” Southern man” seeking revenge has been arrested after allegedly threatening to attack Donald Trump and “launch f***ing weapons” to eliminate New York City.
Justin Blaxton, 34, of Loxahatchee, made a series of shocking 911 calls on February 25, demanding a journey to Washington, DC, so he could remove the previous president. In his comments, he claimed his weapons were “attracted to Donald Trump’s building” and warned that” monday is his last day on earth Earth”. He likewise ordered authorities to “tell the FBI I’m a large criminal”.
When officials arrived at his home that night, Blaxton was nowhere to be found. But, he was arrested the next day before he could work on any of his threats. He now faces multiple charges, including threats to release a dangerous system, false information of an incendiary, and making fake 911 calls. His bond is set at$ 25, 000, and he is scheduled to appear in mental health court on April 16.
Blaxton has a history of mental health-related contacts with authorities, raising concerns about how severe his risks were. Nevertheless, his arrest comes at a time when attempt on Trump’s living are becoming increasingly frequent. In September, Ryan Wesley Routh was caught with a shotgun near Mar-a-Lago, reportedly waiting for Trump to go by and playing golf. In July, Matthew Crooks came also closer, grazing Trump’s neck with a gun during a Pennsylvania march.
These repeated challenges have sparked fears over the effectiveness of Trump’s surveillance, particularly after the failed assassination attempt at the Butler protest led to the resignation of Secret Service producer Kimberly Cheatle.
