Joshua Riibe, the person of interest in the strange disappearance of Sudiksha Konaki, who was last seen with her claimed to have saved Konanki from the rough Atlantic waters when she was about drowning, but Riibe was unable to explain what transpired next and how Konanki vanished into thin air. Konanki, a 20-year-old University of Pittsburgh scholar of Indian descent, had no known milestone as of the seventh day of research.

Konanki was last seen on March 6 in hotel surveillance images. She and Riibe were seen walking arm in arm in the video. When a large storm struck them, Riibe claimed to have gone to the water with Konanki. They pleaded for assistance as the water became difficult, but since it was in the middle of the night, no one was on the beach. He and Konanki had both been floating, but he stayed put and carried Konanki with him. He claimed that during the procedure, he ingested a lot of saltwater. Riibe claimed to have been informed by Konanki that she had informed him that she would be able to retrieve her things because the waves had displaced them. Riibe said,” The next day I saw her, I asked her if she was okay. Because I started vomiting all the ocean water I had swallowed, I didn’t speak her response.
Riibe claimed that he may have slept and that when flies bit him when he woke up, he did not notice Konanki around. He retreated to his motel room and snoozed.
Konanki’s system was not discovered during the weekly research, but the Dominican Republic police initially believed she had drowned. However, her household insisted that she had not. The police are now looking into the possibility of bad sing as well.

Joshua Riibe’s behavior has grown cautious because he told the police that his doctors had advised him never to answer questions about Konanki and that he has not been identified as an accused in the case and is only a person of interest.
The authorities inquired more about how things turned out, what he did when Konanki disappeared, whether Konanki knows how to swim, what he told friends, the destination authorities after finding out Konanki was missing, etc. to inform him.
