Trump signs funding bill into law after 10 Democrats side with GOP to avert shutdown

The Democrat group split on whether to back the bill that was supported by the Republican leadership. Some Democrats argued that the organization does not back the expenses because it would help Trump and Elon Musk to continue their efforts to reduce the federal labor through layoffs.
