More than 100 people were hurt and 59 people were killed early on Sunday in Kocani, North Macedonia, when flames blew up the roof over a live group.
According to interior secretary Pance Toskovski, arrest warrants have been issued for four people in connection with the blaze. The owner of the team has been taken into custody, according to the state news agency Mia. A band was playing on level flanked by two flares, whose bright sparks lit the ceiling in one video. Some people were transported for care to neighboring Bulgaria, Serbia, and Greece, according to officials.
Five lawyers do look into the flames, according to public prosecutor Ljupco Kocevski.
