Karoline Leavitt, a press secretary for the White House, refuted claims that President Donald Trump‘s administration purposefully disregarded a provincial judge’s orders to profit two flights allegedly occupied by Venezuelan gang members.

Lake wrote on X on Monday day,” The Administration did not “refuse to cooperate” with a court order,” countering a news report. The attempt, which had no legal basis, was issued after criminal TDA foreigners had already been taken out of American country.

Forbes reported over the weekend that the Trump administration allegedly defied the court’s order by claiming that the airlines were taking international waters, which rendered the decision invalid.

U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, the chief prosecutor in the District of Columbia, ordered a two-week stop to the persecution on Saturday after Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to order, all Colombian unlawful immigrants 14 years and older who are Tren de Aragua.

However, the planes flew during the receiving before the decision was made. In a long social media speech, Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele eventually stated that” 238 people of the Cuban judicial business, Tren de Aragua” had arrived in his country.

We continue to advance in the fight against organized crime, as often, according to Bukele. We are even assisting our allies this day, sustaining our prison system, and obtaining crucial information to make our nation even more secure, according to the statement. All done in one activity.

The second 238 people of Tren de Aragua, a criminal organization from Venezuela, arrived in our nation today. They were immediately re-directed to the Terrorism Confinement Center, CECOT, for a yearlong ( renewable ) transfer.

The cost is very low for them, according to the United States,… twitter.com/tfsi8cgpD6

In a different article, Bukele after made fun of the order’s violation. He eschewed a laughing icon to” Oopsie… To Late” in a New York Post article.

The contentious choice to disagree with the attempt is likely to spark a Supreme Court battle.

Leavitt argued that Boasberg is unable to impose limits on Trump’s actions, and that the government’s actions were still being defended.

TRUMP APPRECIES EL SALVADOR’S BUKELE FOR Using IN TREN DEARAGUA’S” Demons.”

Leavitt continued,” The Administration’s activities and the written attempt do not conflict.” Federal courts usually have no control over the President’s conduct of international affairs, his authority under the Alien Enemies Act, and his main Article II authority to remove foreign mysterious terrorists from U.S. soil and halt a declared invasion, as the Supreme Court has frequently stated.

The Administration did not “refuse to cooperate” with a jury order. The order, which lacked a legal schedule, was issued after criminal TDA foreigners had already been expelled from American soil. The Administration’s steps and the written order are in no issue. Additionally, as the Supreme Court… https ://t.co/DnjUsuWTLH— Karoline Leavitt ( @PressSec) March 17, 2025

A one judge in one area could control the movements of an plane carrying international mysterious terrorists who were physically removed from American soil, Leavitt remarked.
