A man was allegedly filmed breaking into a Tesla with his tips while being detained by police in San Jose, California. Next week, the incident took place at a Costco car area in South San Jose.
An individual can be seen wearing an British flag-adorned suit in the surveillance video. The camera program at Tesla recorded him breaking a critical and causing scratches to the car. According to the San Jose Police Department, the affair was recorded by Tesla’s Sentry Mode security system in a Costco parking lot at 2200 Senter Road. Local media studies claim that the incident took place on Friday.
A subsequent video shows a fight where a suspect vandal is confronted by an unknown person in an attempt to damage the Tesla car. This connection allegedly occurred days after the initial footage became popular on social media.
Irrespective of one’s personal opinion, Chief Paul Joseph urged mutual appreciation and legal compliance as the San Jose Police Department confirmed an arrest. We effectively identified, located, and arrested the person responsible for this action of felony theft, according to a blog on X that was attributed to authorities chief Joseph. No matter one’s own beliefs or frustrations, they do not support illegal behavior, so this foolish crime and its later consequences may serve as a distinct reminder. I urge people to respect one another and, above all, the law.
San Jose Mayor Matt Mahan addressed the situation on platform X, noting that Elon Musk wouldn’t have an impact if Tesla cars were damaged directly. It’s like breaking a time because you don’t like the day it displays when you key a vehicle because you don’t like the person who designed it. Our occupants can’t be held accountable for everything Elon Musk is doing 3, 000 kilometers away if this violence was socially motivated,” he said. He continued,” I want to congratulate @SanJosePD for finding the person concerned and need us all to voice our opinions where they matter — at the ballot box, never in a park lot,” adding additional reward for the authorities.
Elon Musk responded on X by sharing an icon of the American flag on the blog. In later content, he compared the graffiti at Tesla to domestic violence.
This event in San Jose is one more recent example of theft committed by Tesla and comes with a US notice. Attorney General An armed person carrying Molotov cocktails carried out what authorities called a “targeted assault” on a Tesla factory in Las Vegas, spray-painting “resist,” releasing a firearm many occasions, and setting many vehicles on fire.
Even Donald Trump, the president of the United States, has addressed the circumstance, stating that he views Tesla attacks as “domestic extremism.”
