Our military readiness and safety are threatened by the media’s use of the court, according to a federal determine. Judge Ana Reyes blocked President Trump’s common-sense professional attempt on military company needs in a decision that reads more like one of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s Instagram comments than a legal opinion.

The executive order in question, which Trump signed in January, merely stated that military support necessitated commitment to natural fact, stating that “expressing a false “gender identity” deviating from an individual’s sex cannot meet the demanding standards required for military service.
Let’s take a look at the environment here: Trump is merely attempting to restore the same coverage that has benefitted our defense for decades before Obama made the decision to transform our military forces into a social justice experiment. In 2021, Biden, who had previously prioritized woke ideology over military viability, consistently reversed Trump’s original policy.
Unfortunately, the courts is full of dissident judges who want our defense to be a social justice study. Reyes turned her court into a left-wing carnival as a result of her decision to concentrate on constitutional law or military prerequisite. She did in fact use the popular music” Hamilton” to support her decision. A provincial judge is currently drawing her constitutional inspiration from Broadway rather than the Constitution, I wish I were joking.
Everything suggests that the founding father were not as clear-minded.

Reyes was charged by the Justice Department with wrongdoing during the reading about the government’s restrictions on trans soldiers, according to a complaint made by the Justice Department to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia on February 21. Torres took issue with a number of the government’s opportunities, including the idea that there are only two sexes, despite the problem being about just being about “ripeness and achievements on the merits,” according to Chad Mizelle, the chief of staff to Attorney General Pam Bondi.
The prosecutor argued that the government’s place on two biological women was wrong because” T]his professional order is premised on an assertion that isn’t medically correct. There are about 30 different intersex examples, or so many of them. Therefore, an individual who does not only have an XX or XY chromosome is intersex is not just a man or woman. Additionally, there are over 30 different possible intersex examples.
Actually, those are evidence of disorders of sexual development ( DSD ), not more than two biological sexes.  ,
Reyes also alleged that Trump “literally erased transgender people,” before suing the DOJ for his religious beliefs.
What does Jesus, in your opinion, mean when he tells a group of people that they are so worthless that we won’t let them stay in homeless shelters? Do you believe that Jesus would say,” Sounds right to me”? Or, in your opinion, “WTF?” would Jesus say? Of course, let them in, right”? Reyes stated, according to the hearing’s transcript.

According to the complaint, the hypothetical placed the attorney “in an untenable position,” making it necessary for him to either appear unresponsive or speculate on how an incoherent hypothetical corresponds to Judge Reyes ‘ personal religious beliefs.
The attorney then declined to speculate on what Jesus might have said in relation to anything. The judge’s use of the acronym “WTF” was also criticized in the complaint because it was a flagrant illustration of her “lack of professional decorum.”
Did I mention that Biden appointed Reyes in 2023? When you fill the courts with activist judges who care more about passing a progressive agenda than upholding the law, that is exactly what happens. Anything that advances their ideology will be used against them, including citing musicals, making inappropriate religious references, and ignoring basic biology.
The left’s judicial activism is dangerous as well as annoying. We have a serious issue when judges start making military decisions based on their biases and Broadway productions. Judge Reyes is undoubtedly a nutcase who should not sit on a bench.
