A 31-year-old wedded woman has been accused of sexually assaulting youth and forcing adolescents to have party sexual while wearing” Scream” masks in Indiana. She previously worked as a professor at several Indiana colleges.
Brittany Fortinberry, 31, is now facing 29 costs related to child sex crimes committed against slight students, according to News 8. According to the report, Fortinberry reportedly had group sex with several teenage victims after giving them drugs. The previous teacher is also accused of making the youth wear” Cry” masks during group sex.
Fortinberry was detained in February, according to News 8 and is still on$ 150,000 parole in Indiana’s Morgan County Jail.
Fortinberry served as a substitute teacher for the Metropolitan School District of Martinsville from October 2023 to January 2024, according to WTHR. Fortinberry worked as a professor at Eminence Community Schools from July to August of 2024 until she was fired after law enforcement began an investigation into the teacher for “inappropriate do toward two individuals.”
Two kids accused the professor of sending them sexually explicit texts and video of the professor’s stripper pole and sex games, according to The Post Millennial. Fortinberry was charged with multiple counts of molesting a minor in December, which led to the professor’s imprisonment in February.
Since Fortinberry’s imprisonment in February, five more victims have alleged complaints against her, according to The Post Millennial. A 14-year-old target claimed that a 31-year-old instructor exchanged money for expensive gifts, vapes, weed, and dinners with the victim.
Fortinberry has been accused of having sex with a teenager she asked to care for her children, according to WTHR, and another student claimed the teacher offered to pay male minors between$ 100 and$ 800 for genital photos.
Another male minor reported to WTHR that a teacher threatened to make the victims ‘ Fortinberry partners if they refused to perform sexual acts on them. He then said,” Just let it happen. Also, several victims asserted that the teacher inappropriately targeted them with explicit images and videos on at least two different communication platforms.
One of the victim’s parents, according to WTHR, claimed that the victim’s parents had told police that Fortinberry’s husband was aware of the teacher’s behavior and that he” threatened to slaughter ( the teen ) in front of her” if she made allegations.
According to The Post Millennial, Fortinberry is accused of child molestation, contributing to infantile crime, and distributing hazardous materials to minors. Fortinberry may spend up to 262 years in prison if found guilty of all the expenses.
