A pro-Palestinian organization reportedly occupied a tower at the University of California Los Angeles on Wednesday to require withdrawal from Israeli-linked businesses before escaping when police arrived.

Another 50 activists, including students and members of the UCLA Faculty Association, gathered on school “in conjunction with all 10 UC Faculty Associations who protested together on their respective campuses,” according to the Daily Bruin.
Mahmoud Khalil, a graduate student from Palestine who was detained by ICE for his part in violent college protests over the past month, was demanded to be released. Additionally, the protesters demanded the security of immigrant faculty and students.
