Hoffmann told The Fix via message that” the universities have created “misinformation” centers or equipment designed to identify and defame statement that the federal government favors.
According to a news release, the group is “looking into the universities ‘ data and communications with national government representatives, social media companies, and foundations responsible for funding censorship efforts.”
Prosecutors are also looking for “records relating to the National Science Foundation,” which they claim is a part of “funding repression offers.”

In the last quarter, the various universities have never responded to the letters or calls.
Hoffmann argued that when universities censor content, it “discriminates against individuals because of their opinions and beliefs.” The state established itself as the authority over the fact and therefore sought to overrule dissention.
Hoffman argued that the federal government may promote the freedom of speech of its people rather than try to block it. The only legitimate way to challenge opposing opinions is to encourage free and open discussion.
In particular, he said,” Colleges should be the platform of ideas, not boards to build tools of censorship,” referring to universities.
He claimed that” we need clarity about the sources and methods of government censorship” and that clarity is a potent treatment for government censorship.
