After she requested single legal custody, Ashley St. Clair claimed Elon Musk materially retaliated against her and their six-month-old child.
The legal team for St Clair’s case claimed in a statement released to People on Thursday that” Elon Musk has materially retaliated against his own kid and significantly and unilaterally reduced his financial support.” They assert that this action was taken after St Clair repeatedly tried to resolve the dispute discreetly, solely resorting to legal action after Musk allegedly refused to cooperate.
St Clair claimed to have welcomed a baby with the billionaire last year and that he had accused him of being an absentee father for the first time in February, and the controversy first came out in public in February. Musk, 53, filed for an emergency gag order to stop St Clair from discussing him in public but reportedly filed for legal action.
Her attorneys claimed that the judge “denied the emergency nature of the program, despite the fact that it is still pending.”
While Mr. Musk seduces himself with the right to free speech and engages in free speech on his owned social media platform, they continued, citing Page Six, saying that Ashley is “vigorously opposing this application in order to maintain her right to speak out.”
Given that Mr. Musk is committed to clarity in government, it would be beneficial if he managed his personal life according to the same principles, the statement continued.
Musk’s supporters have not yet made any comments on the claims.
St Clair claimed in her petition that she and the Tesla CEO got engaged in May of that year and that their child was born in January of that year. She claims that Musk is unrelated to their child’s development and that” I feed him, bathe him, and make sure that all his physical and emotional needs are met.” She added that she made the claim that she was the only family who could make choices for R. S. C. I scheduled and took him to all of his medical consultations.
She claims that Musk has only seen their baby three times, with the most recent one supposedly occurring in November 2024.
St Clair has requested that the court order DNA testing to verify Musk’s parentage in addition to her ask for full prison. She likewise provided allegedly text messages from Musk to back up her assertions, including one that read,” I want to push you up again,” according to a report.
Musk, who has 13 other kids, hasn’t disclosed their marriage publicly.
