Musk, 53, filed for an emergency gag order to stop St Clair from discussing him in public but reportedly filed for legal action.
Her attorneys claimed that the judge “denied the emergency nature of the program, despite the fact that it is still pending.”
While Mr. Musk seduces himself with the right to free speech and engages in free speech on his owned social media platform, they continued, citing Page Six, saying that Ashley is “vigorously opposing this application in order to maintain her right to speak out.”
