Jerce Reyes Barrios, a 35-year-old Cuban person, has now claimed that in the Donald Trump administration’s most recent deportation of about 200 Tren de Aragua group members, he was falsely sent to El Salvador prison. Barrio, a previous professional soccer player, claimed he had sought refuge in the US after being targeted by the Nicolas Maduro government in his nation. He claimed that he had been detained in the US because of the scar, which the agents believed to be a representation of the Tren de Aragua group but which contained Real Madrid’s logo.
Real Madrid is Barrios ‘ favorite soccer team, according to Barrios ‘ attorney Linette Tobin, who sworn in as a witness in a sworn statement. His tattoo features a crown on top of a soccer ball. Tobin claimed that Barrios consistently worked as a football player and manager despite not being arrested or charged with a murder. The Maduro state targeted him because of his rallies.
Barrios sought asylum in the US in September by using the CBP One game, which has since been updated to the CBP Home application. He was immediately taken to a detention center in California and told to bring a case in the immigration judge, but before that, he was flown in a plane and transported to El Salvador along with people of Tren de Aragua.
Tobin claimed that Barrios was deported without giving his household any notice.
The Government claim that they are convinced that Barrios is a group member and that his arrest was not due to his tattoo.
Tricia McLauglin, a spokesman for the Department of Homeland Security, claimed that the government are certain that he was a crew member and that their initial perception was unfounded by the tattoo. Barrios was improperly present in the US, and his tattoos match those that depict Tren de Aragua account. According to the DHS director, his social media posts indicate that he is a member of the prison group.
