According to Chief Adviser Muhammad Yunus, Bangladesh is experiencing a “festivity of rumors” against his presidency, blaming it on” the defeated power,” an ostensible allusion to Sheikh Hasina‘s program, which has been ousted.
In a nationwide televised address on the eve of Bangladesh’s 53rd Independence Day, he said,” The rumors are big tools of the defeated forces against the July-Aug ( 2024 ) Uprising.” In contrast to previous ages, there would be no National Day military parade in the money. Nasimul Ghani, the head of the home government, stated that war is still ongoing.
Yunus urged the people’s citizens to speak out against rumors and unite. He claimed that as the rumor spreads more dangerously about the future election, which has not yet been decided, will appear closer.
