President Donald Trump issued an executive order to uphold election integrity more than four years after the “rigged” vote in 2020.
The United States today disregards fundamental and necessary election protections used by present, developed countries as well as those still in development, according to the order. Our legal Republic is essential to maintaining free, fair, and truthful elections that are unaffected by scams, errors, or suspicion. The right of American people to have their seats correctly counted and tabulated without using illegal dispersion is crucial to determining the legitimate success of an election.
The Tuesday buy addresses some of the most flimsy aspects of the current electoral process.
Making Sure Just Citizens You Vote
The only thing standing between them and safe and secure elections is a small square box on a federal registration form that requires applicants to attest their citizenship status under penalty of perjury. Technically, noncitizens already have to register to vote ( and vote ) in federal elections. Due to an unsecure program, noncitizens have been able to cast ballots in federal elections.

According to Trump’s executive order, the” Election Assistance Commission may take appropriate action” to demand “documentary proof of United States citizenship.” The purchase also requires state and local officials to keep track of the type of evidence used and the day that it was issued. A true federal or state government-issued identification, as well as a United States card and a REAL ID that indicates membership, are some examples of video proof of citizenship.
Data Posting Between Federal and State Agencies
Additionally, according to the order, the Commissioner of Social Security may make applicable the Social Security Number Verification Service, the Death Master File, and “any other Federal data containing important knowledge” to aid in determining voter registration.
Federal election-related cash are also subject to the order’s requirements for state that uphold federal laws governing election integrity.
Bidenbucks Receives The Axe
Executive Order 14019, which required federal agencies to register and organize citizens, was issued by then-President Joe Biden. According to Ben Weingarten, the attempt was established” with the express intention of increasing vote participation among minority parties that tend to vote overwhelmingly Democrat” in these sites. These so-called” Bidenbucks” were employed to overwhelmingly advance Liberals and their objectives.
While Trump removed Biden’s executive order shortly after taking office, his executive orders for Tuesday require” the mind of all companies, and the Election Assistance Commission” to “cease all firm steps implementing” Biden’s orders and” send a document describing compliance with this buy” within 90 days.
Slow Counting
Election Day used to mean anything; votes were supposed to be held on a single day throughout the country. However, many states changed their laws to allow later ballots ( which in some cases lacked a postmark ) to be counted as acceptable as long as they arrived within an allotted time frame during the 2020 election, which was replete with irregularities. During the vote of 2024, many of those laws remained in place. In some states, votes that arrive after Election Day can now be counted as Election Times. It has a shaky poll laws.
In the last counting of votes for the election of members of the United States Senate and House of Representatives, Trump’s executive order directs the attorney general to “take all necessary action against States that violate]federal law ] against States that violate these measures.”
Paper vote
According to Trump’s executive order, the Election Assistance Commission is directed to challenge “appropriate advice establishing requirements for voting methods to protect election integrity.”
The recommendations” sustain that election systems should not use a vote in which a ballot is contained within a barcode or quick response code in the vote counting approach except where it is necessary to provide individuals with disabilities and should provide a voter-verifiable papers record to avoid fraud or mistake.”
In a number of states, paper ballots are not hand-marked. For instance, voters in Georgia mark their ballot on a touchscreen before creating a print-out summary and QR code of their choice. The print-out summary is then scanned in to be calculated. According to Morgan County Democratic Party Chairwoman Jeanne Dufort during elections-by-dismissing-voters-integrity-concerns/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Curling v. Raffensperger, the current system “interprets your vote and sends it to a printer.” As I previously reported, that means a voter’s intentions can only be inferred from whatever summary and QR code is printed. However, printouts aren’t always accurate. In a previous article, I previously reported that Pennsylvania’s election-voting-machines-votes-flipping-1aede0966e0c418b4efbbb36b513acef” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Northampton County voters ‘ “yes” votes were changed to “no” on the printout version of their vote summary.
