Sen. John Kennedy (R-La. ) has never been one to take advantage of fools, and he exposed Professor Mary Anne Franks, a dramatic communist law professor with a shocking animosity toward the U.S. Constitution during a recent Senate reading. He used Franks ‘ own comments to show her extremism, prompting her to flee her own homeland in the traditional Kennedy way.

Kennedy reiterated Franks ‘ say that worries about the Biden administration’s repression were a “myth” before claiming that President Trump was the real threat to free speech. When asked whether her personal political beliefs had an impact on her impartiality, Kennedy responded by disproving that assertion in its entirety.
He cited a December 2023 post French had written in the New York University Law Review that she had used as “racial patriarchy” in reference to Bruen and Dobbs decisions. He recited the words immediately to her:
When the Supreme Court declares that a person’s right to military self-defense in public is protected by a constitution, it openly embraces and encourages a tradition that favors white men’s ability to harass and eliminate those who they perceive to be threats.
She confirmed that it had been written.
Kennedy continued, quoting another statement she had made:” And did you even say in that post, I’m gonna offer again, um, quote, that this Supreme Court has turned the Constitution into a homicide pact when well.” Do you recall that phrase?
She quietly said,” That sounds like me.”
Kennedy let the irony of her thoughts linger in the mind. She believed that the Supreme Court was allowing death rather than upholding legal rights.

Kennedy moved on to Franks ‘ contentious social media past. One of her comments from November 7, 2024, was read by him:
The majority of Americans despise people, according to the statement. The majority of Americans despise people more than they enjoy everything, including democracy.
When questioned if she supported it, Franks vehemently denied that she didn’t understand the significance.

Kennedy continued to hit her with yet another extreme speech from 2022:

You quoted,” There’s a reason why the conservative-dominated Supreme Court believes the Constitution does not have the right to an abortion but is convinced that it does, and that purpose is light man power,” close estimate. ” Did I read that correctly?”
French avoided ambiguous legal jargon and resisted answering whether she nevertheless believed it. However, Kennedy was uninterested in performing click dances in school.
