Veterans Affairs Secretary Doug Collins did not permit them forget that CNN is infamous for taking part in some of the biggest internet lies in recent years.
The former representative spoke with networking number Kaitlin Collins on Wednesday for an interview ( no relation to the network ). The CNN anchor is infamous for asking dishonest questions of Republicans and using communist theories to advance Democrats ‘ interests.
So it was surprising when Kaitlin Collins inquired about Jeffrey Goldberg, the head of President Trump’s national surveillance crew, being a part of a Signal conversation about US strikes on Houthi extremists in Yemen. Secretary Collins ‘ military service was specifically mentioned by the CNN host, who asked,” How would you have felt if this information had been discussed in an unidentified group discussion about a Navy fighter pilot who is in the air?”
Secretary Collins, who was not present in the conversation, claimed that Trump and” those involved in the chat have explained that,” and that he had no doubt respect the President’s viewpoint on that. I have faith in what’s been happening. Everyone is entitled to their own mind, according to the VA captain, adding that. And I believe that my duty is to care for soldiers who leave the military, and that’s what I’m going to do as well.
However, Kaitlin Collins was unsatisfied with that response, who finally attempted to pressure Secretary Collins into criticizing both his employer and the Trump administration over the issue. The CNN outlet asked the VA minister if he thought” that a mistake was made below, to have this conversation, to put a reporter, and to have it on an unfounded, unidentified group setting” by interviewing unknown congressional Democrats who” who said they don’t like how the management is handling this”.
Secretary Collins told the network number that he had already answered her question and that he would not” speculate more than what the president has previously discussed and that those who have been involved have discussed.”
” But] I would love to talk about the servicemen,” the VA director said.
Katilin Collins claimed to have “questions about the servicemen,” but then proceeded to tussle Secretary Collins about how the Trump cabinet uses Signal, while declining to discuss the Biden administration’s advice for high-ranking state authorities to use the secured messaging app. The VA director criticized Kaitlin Collins for her evident indifference in his company and CNN’s background of publishing false news about a Navy veteran, a evidently fed up with the CNN anchor’s social gamesmanship.
As VA director, I have a problem for you because I’ve been intrigued about this because my work is to take care of veterans, Secretary Collins said,” Well, Kaitlan, I have a question, I want to ask you, because you certainly do not want to talk about the VA.” And I want to know why CNN is hostile toward veterans, especially those who recently filed a$ 5 million defamation lawsuit and take offense at a veteran who was attempting to assist people. In fact, one of your employees actually said,” We’re going to nail him.”
He continued,” I have a question for you, Kaitlan. That employee is still employed, right? Are you truly concerned for veterans? I’d like to know why CNN seems to have a problem with veterans if we don’t want to talk about veterans right away and you want to talk about everything else.

Jurors overseeing the case awarded Young$ 4 million in “economic damages” and$ 1 million in “emotional damages.”

Katilin Collins attempted to return to her inquiry about the Trump cabinet’s use of the Signal rather than respond to the VA secretary’s question. Secretary Collins rebuffed her, asking her repeatedly to respond to his inquiry regarding CNN’s use of fake news.
I’m actually looking into the matter. And I do have a lot of questions for you regarding veterans affairs,” said Kaitlain Collins, before attempting to return to her Signal question.
Secretary Collins cut Kaitlin Collins off and criticized her for her partisan antics, allowing the host to get away with ignoring her network’s role in defaming Young.
You want to discuss a topic that I have already covered. And that’s fine if you want to keep going like this. However, there are VA employees who are “working very hard,” according to the VA secretary. There are veterans who receive their care from the VA, and they also receive their benefits from the VA, so it is foolish to speculate on something that I’ve already asked and responded to. So I responded to your question and asked it. Why don’t you respond to my question? Is this person still employed and who claimed they would “nail” one of my veterans to receive a$ 5 million award from a jury because of defamation, and then settled the case? Give a response to my question.
The remarks made by Katilin Collins sent her rushing, prompting the CNN host to once more claim that she is the one “asking the questions here” and that she had” no involvement” in the case he made.

Secretary Collins ‘ response is exactly how Republicans should handle dishonest and dishonest media hacktivists, many of whom couldn’t care less about the numerous national security crises the Biden administration has perpetuated.
These alleged” journalists” have no interest in ensuring accountability across government or sharing the truth. Their only intention is to bring water for the Democrat Party, which has always been their intention.
