Sen. Cory Booker (D-NY ) made an appearance on ABC News’ The View to share his thoughts on the ongoing nationwide protests against President Donald Trump, calling them a profound “moral moment” and “food for the soul.”
What was Booker’s question on Monday during the present, co-host Whoopi Goldberg,” How happy were you to see all the people who came out around the country?”
Reflecting on the enormous participation, Booker responded,” It was, for me, meals for the soul.”
The conversation focused on the 1, 200 demonstrations that were staged on Saturday in Washington, D.C., all of which were held in the United States, in protest of President Trump’s policies. Elon Musk, the head of the Department of Government Performance, also co-founded the discussion. The federal government’s swift downsizing and wasteful cuts were the focus of the protests.
Booker continued,” We are actually at a social time.” We’ve seen Americans join hands like we’ve seen in years past, including the rights movement, the labor movement, the LGBTQ movement, and many other activities.
” This will be with Americans every day until this stuff is fixed,” Goldberg said.
Therefore, co-host Sara Haines posed the question: How had Democrats take advantage of this momentum?
Republicans are voicing concern that their entire business will collapse if they lose their system for crippled children, according to Booker,” we are working in a cultural instant where we talk about terms in a linear way.”

“You’re cutting 80, 000 jobs, and now I’m going to have to wait for fundamental obstetric care for weeks, months, times,” he said,” and I’m hearing from these brave and noble veterans,” he continued.
” We’re definitely wrong if we say it’s a proper and left problem. It’s about whether something is right or wrong, Booker said. We must speak up and declare our morality. My wish for my group is that we are more focused on the people we want to offer than our group.
