If President Donald Trump continues to establish new 50 percent tariffs on Chinese imports, China on Tuesday pledged to fight against the United States.
China made a flurry of tariffs on American goods in response to Trump’s new danger. Beijing stated that it would take steps to protect “its personal rights and interests” against the US.
The US’s” so-called “reciprocal taxes” on China are” entirely groundless and is a common punitive abuse exercise,” according to the business department.
The countermeasures China has taken are intended to safeguard its independence, protection, and development interests, as well as uphold the standard international trade balance. They are entirely legitimate, according to the government.
The US’s risk to increase tariffs on China is a miscalculation, and it once more exposes the country’s history of blackmail. China does not recognize this. China may fight to the end if the US insists on its own accord, the department added.
The US chairman announced sweeping levies on various countries next year, which sparked a trade conflict and raised concerns about an international crisis. Trump faced condemnation from within his own Democratic party after his statement, along with countries like China.
China has announced its unique 34 percent duties on American goods in a tit-for-tat shift that will take effect on Thursday.
Beijing reiterated its commitment to discourse despite the sexist speech, saying that” a trade war has no victors.”
