On Monday, Maine sued the Trump administration for halting funding for the position after it resisted a state’s request to outlaw gentlemen in women’s sports. Additionally, Maine lied in its petition regarding risks to provide school lunches to students.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture ( USDA ) is accused of being unable to revoke federal funding for Maine despite the fact that USDA found the state to be “in direct violation of Title IX” due to” Maine’s persistent refusal to provide equal opportunity to women and girls in educational programs.”
The state of Maine is using babies as feed in an attempt to create a social level by following the example set out by a brazen Biden administration, which actually had a USDA that threatened the dinners of schoolchildren if they didn’t adhere to their pro-mutilation-and-castration-for-children philosophy.
The lawsuit contends that USDA’s actions are “blatantly unconstitutional” and contravene the Administrative Procedure Act because, in Maine, the withdrawal is “freezing federal money allocated to Maine to serve schoolchildren.”
The issue with Maine is that its state is fabricated.
In a text to the governor. USDA Secretary Brooke Rollins, D-Maine, made it clear that the ice would” certainly impact national feeding programs or direct help” and would only affect “certain administrative and technological capabilities in schools.”
Rollins then cautioned that” This is only the beginning, though you are free to end it at any time by protecting women and girls in accordance with national law.”
The Secretary claimed that she was taking this action because the State of Maine allegedly violated Title IX of the Civil Rights Law of 1964 by allowing transgender girls and women to play in girls ‘ and women’s school sports, according to the lawsuit. The Secretary’s view of Title IX is incorrect because she did not have a legal basis for it. In fact, numerous federal courts have ruled that Title IX and the Equal Protection Clause require schools to allow trans girls and women to play on female ‘ and women’s groups.
What is clear is that a federal judge rejected the Biden government’s attempt to impose precisely that thought on Title IX, despite where it is unclear where Maine’s doctors are coming up with the idea that Title IX mandates schools to help men in women’s sports.
Instead of tearing apart their civil rights protections, the Trump administration reinstated the 2020 rules governing Title IX. Additionally, President Donald Trump signed an executive order to end “gender ideology extremism and restore biological truth to the federal government.”
Multiple federal agencies are looking into Maine, and the state has been repeatedly found to be violating Title IX. Additionally, Maine is under investigation for other transgender-related laws, such as preventing parents from knowing if their child begins to make sexual claims at school.
