
Four teenagers were charged in a large shooting that on Tuesday in Spotsylvania County, Virginia, left three people dead and three others injured, according to police officers ‘ announcement on Wednesday.
The Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Office announced in a press release on Wednesday that “four subjects were charged with malicious wounded and use of a rifle in the payment of a criminal immoral assembly”
Jeremiah Upson, 18, was named as one of the offenders by the Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Office, and two other offenders, both 16-year-old, and one 17-year-old, were also identified as defendants.
In a press release on Wednesday, law enforcement officials stated that one of the 16-year-old offenders had been shot in the arm and that the suspect may be detained once he had left the hospital. The various three defendants had been “incarcerated with no bond,” according to police officers.
The subjects of Tuesday’s shooting incident included 18-year-old Alonzo Goffney, 18-year-old Chase Feaster, and a 20-year-old whose names were withheld until the medical examiner’s office received final assurance.
An original investigation into Tuesday’s event, according to the Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Office, revealed that it was an “illegal weapons sale/robbery.”

The Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Office said the company was called to a” firing in the area of Olde Greenwich Circle” in Spotsylvania on Tuesday, about 5:30 p.m. Sheriff’s deputies discovered that several people had been shot after being dispatched to the murder scene. Three patients have also been taken to nearby hospitals for treatment, according to the Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Office, according to a statement released by the sheriff’s office.
Spotsylvania County residents reported seeing the killing incident on Tuesday to Fox 5 after watching it.
The testimony said,” I was looking forward as I went down the hill and finally I heard about three or four people being shot at each other.” Then I saw some people flee down the road, and after a while they started walking up with their great guns, and they then started climbing the hill, before the cutoff behind the townhouses, and that’s when the primary officer arrived on the scene.”
Two of the suspects are seen walking about with artillery before fleeing the scene in a video shared on X, previously Twitter, after Tuesday’s shooting.
