You are aware of how that often ends.  ,
Cortez-Mendez finally arrived in Virginia after failing to appear for his immigration hearing. When an illegitimate mysterious commits a crime in a so-called” temple” authority, what happens next is totally predictable.
On March 18, 2024, ICE Washington, D.C. lodged an immigration ejectment against Cortez-Mendez with the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. The detention center however, refused to accept the ejectment and let Cortez-Mendez return to the area.
On May 20, 2024, the Fairfax County Circuit Court found Cortez-Mendez guilty of having sex with a baby in a sexual relationship. Cortez-Mendez received a three-month jail sentence from the court, which was later suspended. [Emphasis added ]
” Sexual sexual behavior with a baby” That is insane. The child involved in the murders was between the ages of 13 and 14 at the time of the murders. Virginia’s legal time is 18 Did the attorney have a soft spot for him because he was an expatriate without legal status?  ,

According to ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Washington, D.C., Field Office Director Russell Hott,” Ander Cortez-Mendez is a convicted sex offender, and this is precisely the kind of illegal alien that ICE officials want to remove from Washington, D.C. and Virginia.” We do not want these criminals to continue to threaten the people of our neighborhoods. Criminal creatures will continue to be detained and removed from our societies by ICE Washington, D.C. and our law enforcement partners.
And Fairfax County has a number of illegal-alien sexual offender, no just Cortez-Mendez. After getting the run-around from the county, Glacier arrested an unnamed 30-year-old Nicaraguan man who was in the country illegally last month. ICE reported:  ,
A U.S. immigration official inspected, admitted, or paroled the Nicaraguan regional without being screened, admitted, or paroled. The Honduran national entered the country on an unfamiliar date, at an unknown location.
The Honduran federal was detained on July 5, 2023, and the Virginia’s Fairfax County Police Department charged him with felony sexual knowledge of a child aged 13 to 14 years old without using power.
On July 6, 2023, ERO Washington, D.C. placed a ejectment for a Honduran noncitizen with the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
The Fairfax County Adult Detention Center released the noncitizen from custody , on a$ 10,000 friendship on July 10, 2023, after refusing to honor ERO Washington, D. C.’s multiculturalism ejectment.
The Honduran federal was detained by the Fairfax County Police Department on February 22, 2024, and he was also accused of two more criminal sexual knowledge counts, two of which involved a child less than 15 years old, without being with a child under the age of 15; both charges included felony indecent liberties. Prior to ERO Washington’s request to place him in prison, the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center later released him from captivity. [Emphasis added]
