A United Airlines flight made an emergency landing after making an incident landing at Denver from the Denver International Airport after taking off from Edmonton for Canada.
According to reports, the motor struck an animal, perhaps an rabbit, causing the fire. The incident took place on Sunday immediately after the trip left.
An air traffic controller said to the flight crew over the television,” It looks like you occasionally got little burst of light coming out the appropriate engine,” according to reports organization AP.
A staff member responded,” We believe we lost our proper motor.”
The captain responded,” Animal through the range 2, that’ll do it,” when told it was a hare that allegedly got sucked into the website.
According to a declaration from Denver International Airport, 153 people and six crew members were on United Flight 2325, which was being operated by a Boeing 737-800.
The Federal Aviation Administration is looking into the cause of the fire.
