Did the New York Times Just Call for a Communist Revolution?!

Close your eyes and consider all the foods advertisements you’ve ever seen on television. Obviously, as an British, there will be a lot. Murica! ) Try to keep in mind what the actors and actresses were doing.

Okay, out of all the gazillions of food ads, how many featured individuals anticipating their supper (especially the first bite ), making their meals preparation, or engaging in the act of eating?

Quite a lot!

Alrighty, how many of those advertisements featured people relaxing after their dinner, perhaps because they had just had a wonderful dinner?

Nearly nothing. ( Only antacid advertisements. )

It’s plausible because having a great time with friends and family after a delicious meal is a GREAT experience. You’d suppose there would be marketing benefit. You’d know why if an alien landed on earth and attempted to sell goods to humans, as if E. T. did that. It’s not a ridiculous premise.

Simply put, it doesn’t work in the real world.

People will pay more to predict things, but you better plan for rough depreciation after that. It’s exactly how our brains are wired. Leaders who are intelligent and knowledgeable apply human characteristics to their advantage and compete correctly.

The New York Times has some silly writers for them.

David Brooks of The New York Times made an completely obscene call for a massive revolt in his latest, cuckoo-for-Cocoa-Puffs column, and he also capped it off by making a written plea for a socialist revolution.

Why?

Advertising. He hopes to expand the anti-Trump activity in this way:

A complete national political rebellion is necessary. It’s time for Americans from civil servants, law enforcement, organization, nonprofits, and other sectors of the economy to form a single, organized large motion. Trump is all about the energy. If he is confronted by a motion with rival strength, that movement is the only way he can be stopped.

On Election Day, the American citizens could have stopped Donald Trump. They opted not. Rather, they elected Kamala Harris as president and stopped him. ( And take note of Brooks: This” Stronger Up” design is not recent. It was the pillar of Hillary Clinton’s presidential battle about eight years ago.

These activities were gradual as they developed. They created concise communications that appealed to a range of organizations. They altered the tale to prevent authoritarians from being permanently offended. Maybe they used violent means to appoint a dictatorship, which shocks the country, undermines its authority, and strengthens the movement further. ( Think Selma’s civil rights movement. ) Trumpism is currently dividing civil society; if done correctly, it could start to divvy the causes that support it.

There hasn’t been a lack of ideas among liberals on how to combat back after Kamala was clobbered in November. Problem is, all of their thoughts are awful.

Ezra Klein has a strategy. David Hogg does as well. Additionally, AOC and Bernie Sanders are mentioned. A revival strategy is being promoted by actually ol’ James Carville.

However, this David Brooks request is ominous on a whole. Even in the DNC’s smoke-filled rooms, which are the smokiest ( and that ain’t cigarette smoke! ), there is smoke! One terrible democratic moonshot, opting for a nationwide uprising and a complete communist revolution.

Brooks blams Trump, of course, by justifying his [spit ] crazy idea.

Any institutions that might restrain power must be undermined or destroyed, as [ Trumpism ] is a multifaceted assault on the earth to make it a playground for ruthless men. Trumpism is based on ego, appetite, and acquisitiveness, and is motivated by a visceral aversion to the higher qualities of the mortal spirit, such as learning, compassion, medical wonder, and the pursuit of justice.

Just in case you weren’t entirely clear on his purpose:

Quit Donald Trump. Boost his work. on the complaints, in particular. Some of his supporters are against him.

David Brooks wants to reverse the vote by making the results null and void because the American people failed to stop Donald Trump through the political process. He is selling a battleplan of law enforcement, people tumult, and loud, angry protesters who render the federal government ineffective.

This is much more sinister than “election denialism.” In the event of conflict over results, at least there is still a common belief that the vote itself was sacred and that democracy also matters in America.

The New York Times is not even concerned that they lost!

Forget about the constitution. They’re pursuing crowd law. And they want to keep command of the crowd.

Pay close attention to the dog whistle at the end of Brooks ‘ row if you want to know where all of this is going. He’s been writing for a very long time, and I’m sure you can tell you that his choice of words was wise. &nbsp,

” The workers of the world!” You only have your shackles to lose. is the communist rebels ‘ gathering cry. Since the times of Karl Marx, Friedrich Engels, and Vladimir Lenin, in that manner. All is aware of what it means, and everyone is aware of what it represents. There is nothing ambiguous about its application. The phrase that comes before the rebellion is that.
