The 20-year-old accused shooter Phoenix Ikner, who killed two people yesterday at his rampage at Florida State University, had a bitter past that involved his parents ‘ custody battle. Anne-Mari Erijsen, his family, allegedly kidnapped him when he was 11 years old, in violation of the prison arrangement she had with his parents Christopher Ikner. According to an oath, she informed her husband that she was taking Phoenix to South Florida for spring split but instead flew to Norway.
When Christopher revealed this to his parents during a phone call to his father, he learned that his brother had been taken to Norway. This resulted in a police investigation, and the family was afterwards detained for violating the law by removing a kid from Florida. She did not return to the US within the agreed period.
According to the lawsuit, the abduction amounted to a lot of emotional and psychological damage the small child suffered, for which he would need counseling.
Phoenix Ikner has a number of physical and mental health issues.
The reported shooter’s youth story demonstrates that he had developmental delays and specific needs. He also had a growth hormone condition and ADHD, and he was taking medication for a number of health and psychological issues.

That entire family is crazy. He may create a book about how to parent poorly, but he is unable to speak.
She wrote,” I feel sorry for everyone at FSU and their children.”
