After being charged with mortgage scams intoJam, which the Donald Trump administration has today requested a criminal investigation, New York State AG Letitia James broke her silence. In a supposedly false start, Trump-critic James allegedly obtained advantageous terms, including government help, from requests for property funding in Virginia and New York. According to the Federal Housing Finance Agency,” Ms. Letitia James has, in numerous cases, falsified bank records and property information to obtain government-backed assistance and loans with more favorable loan terms,” according to a letter from the agency.
Letitia James said the claims are unsupported after speaking at a town hall meeting. Let me just say to all Americans and New Yorkers: The claims are unsupported. The accusations are merely a retaliation tour, James said.
As any great lawyer knows, I won’t dispute this case in front of a camera. When asked whether she listed her Brooklyn apartment as having four products rather than five, she said,” It is important that we respond to these complaints at the correct time and in an appropriate way.”
” With regard to these ridiculous claims, I’ll not disagree.” In New York, I’m focusing on fighting for freedom, rights, and the rule of law once more.
According to James,” My business was successful in obtaining a$ 450 million judgment against Donald Trump and others for exaggerating the value of his assets,” adding that the interest owed to the state is “growing every day.”
The solicitor general stated,” No one is above the law, I will not be silenced, I will not be bullied, I did not bend, I will never break, and I did not bow to anyone.”
