The latter are, for the most part, sane, intelligent, and ultimately decent. And they frequently engage in verbal or written crime, just like their rulers. One may say that America is essentially two nations, or more, a neatly divided one. Management and public are crucial in the Democrat aircraft, while public and leadership are both crucial in the MAGA wing.

In contrast to the United States, where it is usually much more unified in its dereliction, Canada provides an exceptional example of how both an intellectually insipid political cadre and a comatose public work in almost sibling tandem to pulverize the economy, enact harsh laws of law, and plunge a after free and prosperous nation into a debt-ridden, inefficient, ESG-indentured third world crater. The overwhelmingly left-voting electorate and the dominant political clade are twin components of the same moral and intellectual depravity. Because they think social and economic ruin is a benefit to the planet, the politicians are brain-dead. The people are brain-dead because they are generally in agreement with their betters and are simply too stupid or indifferent to do their homework, at least two-thirds or more of the voting public.
